As a mother of two young boys, I see messes everywhere – the living room, the car, the kitchen – if my child is in the room, there's a mess. And while I'm picking up after them, dust starts to pile up on bookshelves, countertops, and more. So, I'm always searching for the magic wand that will help me tackle all of this. Luckily, I found it in the Shark WANDVAC, the cordless, handheld vacuum that has enough suction to eliminate all the little messes around my home.
Here's What You Need to Know:
- Weighs 1.4 pounds
- Runs on 10 to 15 minutes of continuous use
- Takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge
- Easy to clean, washable filter
- Picks up pet hair, dirt, dust, crumbs, sand, and more
- Comes with a charging station/caddy, crevice tool, upholstery tool, & scrubbing brush
Here's Why I Love It:
I don't really like cleaning, so the quicker and easier it is, the better. That's why having the lightweight WANDVAC in my life has been really nice. It's perfect for little messes, like crumbs on the couch, coffee grinds that I spilled on the countertop, and for dusting my shelves (a task I always dread). And since it's cordless and portable, it's also convenient to take out to the car. The included crevice tool, scrubbing brush, and upholstery tool are handy for all those hard-to-reach corners, inside my kids' car seats, the floor mats, the cup holders, and more. Just take a look at the backseat of my car (pictures below).
Before / After
These two pictures feature my car before cleaning (don't judge), and my car after just 1 minute of vacuuming with the Shark WANDVAC.
The vacuum can continuously run on a single charge for about 10 to 15 minutes, but that's actually perfect for the small pickups you're using it on. If it was something bigger, you'd probably use your full-size vacuum cleaner. The charging station gives you a convenient place to keep it and the attached caddy has room for 2 of the attachments. Note: this set gives you 3 attachments, so one will always be hanging around on the side (TBH, I wish there were three slots, but this wasn't a deal breaker for me).
There are no bags or filters to change. Everything is sucked into the clear receptacle, and you can empty that with the press of a button. When you feel like the machine is losing a little power, just clean out the filter (it's washable). Just don't use it on wet messes, this is a dry mess kind of vac.
Overall, the portability, convenience, and powerful suction are what makes the Shark WANDVAC a keeper for me. It cleans up after my kids, makes sure the inside of my car is presentable, and cuts down on the dust around my home (with very little stress). But, the Shark sells out pretty quickly, so don't wait.
Get it Here:
Available in black, silver, rose gold, paprika, and dark lilac, it's easy to see why the Shark WANDVAC is QVC's #1 bestselling hand vacuum. The machine is sleek, powerful, and the charging station makes it easy to pick up quick messes on the fly. If you bought the pieces separately, it would cost $149, but right now it's $129.
Keep your pet cool and happy during the dog days of summer with these must-have seasonal essentials.
